Christine Welsh is a trainer, coach and dispute resolution practitioner. Using her experience in people management, training, personal and business coaching, mediation, investigations, policy review, development and implementation, Christine provides individuals and businesses with practical, experienced-based and tested solutions.

She has provided services to individuals, government, education, not-for-profit organisations and the private sector.

Her coaching and mediation expertise has been developed through a combination of practical experience and training.

She is an accredited mediator through LEADR, a conflict coach trained in the CINERGY© system; and a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation.

She has trained at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, undertaken a Masters in Dispute Resolution at UTS and holds a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

She believes in continuous improvement and regularly undertakes professional development and supervision to ensure her knowledge and skills are current and effective.

Christine helps businesses and individuals develop clarity and purpose, cultivating resilience and the ability to constructively manage, learn and grow from conflict and change.
